11 tips about how to take care of your plough either it is m.b. plough or it is hydraulic reversible plough.  



To take care of your plow, you should follow these steps:

  1. Clean the plow regularly to remove dirt and debris. Use a wire brush or scraper to remove any caked-on dirt, and then wipe the plow down with a clean, damp cloth.

  2. Lubricate all moving parts, including the blades, the beam, and the hitch. Use a high-quality oil or grease to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear and tear.

  3. Check the blades for wear and damage, and sharpen or replace them as necessary.

  4. Check the hitch and make sure it is securely attached to your tractor or other equipment.

  5. Inspect the plow's frame and other components for signs of rust or corrosion, and take steps to protect them from further damage.

  6. Store the plow in a dry, covered area to protect it from the elements when not in use.

  7. Always check the plow before using it, ensuring that all bolts, nuts, and pins are tight and that everything is in good working condition.

  8. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and maintenance of your plow.

  9. If it is your hydraulic reversible plough you should maintain the cleanliness of your plough cylinder and should take care of it from direct sunlight and dust.

  10. For hydraulic reversible plough you should cover the QRC- Quick Release Coupling when your plough is not in use.

  11. You should repaint your plough every 4 to 5 years so the main frame or body become but free and last long.
